Thank you for shopping with SunBliss! We want to make sure your summer essentials reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We automatically apply free shipping at checkout when your cart reaches 200 RON — no coupon code needed.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to USA and select European Union countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at our Contact page and we'll do our best to help.
⚠️ Delays & Lost Packages
Halcyon Lounger is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us and we will investigate the issue and find a solution for you.
📬 Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. SunBliss cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
